by Shuyi Z. on This place is HORRIBLE!! I went with a friend who knew the promoter. It was supposed to be free before 11PM. We got there at 10 30 and then they made us wait till 11 so they could charge us. RIDICULOUS. Also,this place is way too small.

Cielo was cool, but considering the expensive cover and drinks and mediocre DJ it's not anything to write home about. When choosing a nightclub, you never want to leave thinking about how much you spent on drinks, you want to leave thinking about what a great time you had while you were there. That being said, it was a cool experience. If they knocked off 50% on everything then I'd probably like it a little bit better.
by Francisco Fantauzzo on Minx missed the mark on all but one count. I found the decor of the dinning room and bar inviting, but the staff, service and food were terrible. The place was too loud and there were 3 types of music playing at once. When ordering mojitos we were warned that the bartenders hate making them so they refuse to make them after 10pm. WTF? We were also served Cranberry Juice with a splash of vodka when we ordered a Cape Cod WTF? And one Diet Coke took 50 minutes to arrive.....So since cockatils are weak and soda's are ignored, drink wine! We had a fairly large party of eight so I expected things to take long, but after waiting a ridiculously long time, some of our appetizers came out, along with some people's main dishes. Later the rest of us got our main courses, but two people never got their starter salads. I found it unacceptable that we were all served at different times. I hated my Chicken and Pumpkin Gnocchi dish. The 4 gnocchi's on my plate seemed like they had freezer burn. The $32 filet mignon was a miss as well... how do you miss on steak? WTF? After having to be reminded about the forgotten dinner salads, they were brought out with dessert WTF! I didn't even order dessert because NOT EVEN ONE item on the dessert menu succeeded in enticing me! I just left this place pissed that I had wasted my time and money and I walked off thinking ..... " W T F !?!?!?!?!?"
