Wine & Martini Cosmopolitan Cocktail Lounge in historic downtown Galena, IL. Always with live music, largest selection of craft beers, and ever better company.
Miss Kitty is your host in this swanky, kitch, rock n'roll lounge. She brings a sense of style and class in her social outbursts often compared in a range from compassionate philanthropist to mouth of a truck driver. Her bartenders are spawned from hours of training in boisterous fun and liberal sensibilities. The staff in this venue are sure to please people of all walks(ages) of life and be randy enough for the most challenging conversationalist.
While we LOVE babies and welcome you to join us in the afternoons with your stroller in hand, our typical customers are 30-50 years old. Our drinks are good and not cheap. Our bands are paid but there is no cover. Be awesome and tip generously!

by Jenn B. on I really like this place. It has a great ambiance, great food and great service. The second time I went they had live music and I don't remember who it was, but it was enjoyable and didn't overpower everything else. Definitely can't wait to go again.
by KouzMan on What a great bar to relax and unwind. I think they had the largest martini menu I have ever seen which was beat by their extensive wine list as well. Then when I thought I had enough, the live music started up, Miss Kitty made a hilarious, smart ass remark, and beer kept on flowin'!
by Alisa Malama on Cool place, although there are several shortcoming (many of which have been mentioned in other reviews). For one thing, there should be more, bigger, and nicer bathrooms. It feels like Ally McBeal with the unisex bathrooms which from the outside would appear to be closet spaces. Also: because of how generally small it is and where the doors to the outside are located, it can be rather chilly until the management realizes to turn up the heat. The issue with credit cards is also a little bit of a pain since you can't do a one-time transaction under 10 dollars. This is a good way to rake in tips though, so it was alright and you can open a running tab. Still, the space is pretty nice and not too pretentious. Crowd was very mixed including older men that were hitting on my friends---always fun to deal with (sigh).
