by Cinda Thalman on Maybe this place was hot a few years ago, but those days are long gone. Bartenders are OK. Bouncers are disgustingly rude. Crowd depends on which promotion company got a hold of the place. Beds near the tables+dance floor are only a tad better than the beds in front of the bar (maybe because of lighting or the extra posts/canopy style. I've only come here twice and that's more than enough to put this on my "do not go. EVER" list.

I went here recently for "The Spa" promises of makeovers and free massages...when i got there, i felt like i was at an office party..everybody was stacked in little cliques and groups, just chatting with their champagne. Nobody was dancing, nobody was mingling... I went over to find the "spa" area, and what i found was 1 chair massage, and 2 girls working out of a portable makeup case giving makeovers under 1 flourescent light!! are you kidding me?! Flourescent light?! that's the best you can do? and guess where they chose to put the "spa" area? right outside the bathrooms. Wonderful. The claim of having a soothing beautiful reef tank was an absolute joke. there were 3 fishes. count them. 1, 2, 3. and a few seaweed looking plants. Yea, my goldfish tank has more personality..if i had a goldfish tank... i think this club needs A LOT of work before it can pick up and get on solid ground. The security was solid, but kind of off putting that they need to swipe your ID and take your picture before they let you in?? Doesn't really give me peace of mind..Would i go back? Not anytime soon..ask me in another 6 months..if they are still around.
by Andrew K. on The kind of place you go to when you want to see a rich middle-aged guy trying to get some play from a much younger woman who he considers exotic. At least that was my whole perspective the one time that I went. I like that there are different rooms to choose from, but found it not soul-shaking. I surprised that it was touted one of Boston's finest.
