by Cee M. on It gets 4 stars for PST alone. PST. PST! I finally was able to check out PST here on my bday last month, SAKE-1 is the shiznit. He mixed the 70-80s oldies so well I couldn't stay off the dance floor. The crowd was mature 25-30+ and diverse. The dance floor is tiny and faces a projection screen that was showing some old 70's movie, I'm sure that changes but it added to the atmosphere whatever it was!
by Bernie Hoston on Thank goodness my friend rented a room and had bottle service because the line was crazy by the time we got there around 10:30ish. If not for our friend we would have waited forever in line. Just like many SF places they like to hold you in line even though the place is completely empty. The one good perk about this place (pretty much the only perk) is that unlike many other clubs/bars in the city this place was pretty big with chairs and tables you can chilax on if you aren't in the mood to dance. Which most likely you wouldn't want to dance to their odd mix of music. They really need to hire a new DJ. What topped it off that night was just the weird crowd. Being that i'm a tiny person and people do easily overlook me and knock me accidently they still usually apologize! The crowd here seem just plain rude. No excuse me or I'm sorry! They proceeded to almost knock down a couple of us and elbow us in the face. ARGGG! After that I just sat in our private room and didn't even try to make myself out in the crowded dance floor. Can't a woman get her dance on without being trampled??
