I had a decent time here, luckily I was at a VIP table with some colleagues from work. Its nice not having to deal with all the punks and still have a good time. I thought it was funny how we had our own bouncer that would go to the dance floor and invite any girl we wanted in our area up. We never took advantage of this bouncers talents but its a good touch. If you dont like crowds, dont come here!

I basically drove 12 hours to see this place. She won a discounted dive in the oceanarium and had it scheduled for just after Christmas. So even though we saw a bunch of local attractions, this was the main event. Mind you, I'm not an aquarium guy by any means and found the prospect of hanging out here for five hours daunting. She wanted to get up and head here first thing in the morning, but I was able to get her to compromise. We were still here for five hours though. But it was worth it in the end. The main attraction here is the oceanarium. It's a very nice display. You might describe it as incredible if you're a fish person. It might be the equivalent of witnessing the invasion of Normandy to a person like me. Anyway, watching the dive in the oceanarium really was the highlight. The young girl and older guy at the dive kiosk were both great. She dutifully carried her dive flag like a trooper. The surprise was that the divers' guests got a tour of the innards of the place and the oceanarium from the top. It's the biggest pool you've ever seen. And you can see the whale sharks cruising it. That's what really turned me on about the whole experience. The rest of the aquarium is just okay, and it was a mob scene on the day we went. If you have the cash, experience the dive. It will be well worth it.
