In addition, the bakery downstairs is pretty damn good. For Dinner: Not so good. Flavors weren't really paired correctly and the texture of my catfish was too rough from over-frying. For Brunch: Better, but it's hard to screw up scrambled eggs and homefries. The croissant I had from the bakery was a highlight as was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Unfortunately, the OJ was like $7, so a bit too much in my opinion.
by Amy L. on What is everybody's favorite word? FREE! This is probably why i rated this place so high. Not having to pay cover was great because after reading some reviews, the covers is alot!. I got in free through a friend of a friend of a friend. Hook-ups... It's what it's all about. I got in through a promoter who favors medical professions students. Me and friends also got V.I.P access and open bar. The layout of the place is rather spacious and they have different rooms. The only thing that irked me was the main dance floor which had a vip cube in the middle. A rather weird place to put it! The place starts off slow and gets crowded fast on a saturday. And that's how i like it. Nothing is worse than an empty dance floor. It is miami after all. Music is rather good, with alot of mixes of new and old. I've been to a couple of clubs in Chicago and comparably Mansion was good experience.
