by Arlyn G. on This review is strictly for their happy hour, which is pretty amazing. Margaritas are $4, pitchers of beer for $9, and free appetizers! Classmates and I frequent the place after exams to have a couple cocktails, watch some Monday night football, and eat dinner for free. I mean, as grad students, we're all about free (well, just about anything). Margaritas are stiff and they've got a good size bar area. I also really like their salsa and fresh tortilla strips. Something about colored chips makes them taste better. Salsa's on the chunky side and spicy. All the apps they put out have been tasty. There's been nachos, chimichongas, quesadillas, and other concoctions I never got the names on. And they often serve meat, not just veggies and cheese for apps. The servers have always been friendly and prompt.
