Good music Real expensive even for a club...Group of 10 bought 3 bottles and got a tiny little table that could only seat 3-4 people max. House room up top is way better than the Hip Hop in terms of space/atmosphere. Bouncers are a joke--wouldnt let us come with a group of girls Prob wont go back at all unless it's guaranteed to be FREE Plus side, went on a Sat and didnt have the bridge and tunnel vibe

My wife and I went for our anniversary. We were on the back of the boat and had a great view of the parking lot. The other alternative was Camden on the other side of the boat. All in all though, the inside is done nice and I don't think the outside view is that important. The service I thought was nice and thoughtful. For example, we didn't order any dessert because after starters, soup, salad, and dinner we were stuffed. But they knew it was our anniversary, so they brought us out a little decorated dessert with Happy Anniversary written on it, on the house. the food was hit or miss and price slightly inflated for what you get. We started out with a cheese plate and the cheese was just not that good. For $20, 3-4 ounces of midgrade cheese was not what I was expecting. But, the bread that came with it, was really really good. Then we had soup and salad, and they ok. nothing fantastic but OK. not what I was expecting for the price ala carte. The main meal was mixed. I had the rib eye which was seared and cooked to perfection. I thought it was great. It compared with steak houses I have been to in the city. I really liked it. My wife ordered a planked salmon and she thought it was dry and the fish just not flavorful. And when I looked, the color was a bit pale. So, compared to other similiar places in the same price range, Moshulu was OK as far as food. I would go back and get a steak, and maybe my wife can get something else. The issue is, it's hard to say "you can't go wrong here" because with some of the things, we did go wrong. Oh, and the Martini's were watered down. The only problem I had was just the overall ambience of the place. It was loud. The people dining with us were loud, the people cleaning up tables were so loud I thought they were breaking plates, and the party in the front of the boat had a DJ that was loud and I was surprised that the restaurant didn't ask them to keep it down. The hostesses looked like they were just in off the street from walking their beat at Frankford. BUT, OK, there was a wedding, there was also a conference in town at the hotel, so I hope it was just an off night and I am not putting the overall ambience in the rating (if I did, it would be two stars not 3).
