Description of Complaint: Discrimination against cigar smokers (it's a smoking establishment) and ethnic race. Owner was rude and asked me to leave the establishment when I had mentioned the cigar rule at the bar counter. All I did was ask about it and he told me to leave because he was tired about people asking about the new policy. He was very rude about it to me and it was embarrassing to me when he chastised me in front of the other customers that were there at the bar counter. It really caught me off guard and hurt my feelings (especially since I didn't provoke any thing about the new policy). I was just sitting at the bar counter trying to enjoy a beer. I had been a patron there for over 4 years (always kept to myself) and never had a complaint and never had any issues there until now. The owner and the manager decided that they didn't want to deal (nor negotiate) with cigar smokers there and asked me to leave (I wasn't even smoking a cigar). I feel that the owner may have issues with not just cigar smokers, but also because I'm a Hispanic female.
