Been here a few times. I really like this place, the only reason it is getting three stars is because of my first experience here. Let's just say the magic number is 6 for this lounge. Any more than 6 and they will say "sorry we are doing guest list only tonight, or you can buy a bottle." (There's no guest list ever on their website.) Okay fine, a bottles only about $250, doable. "Sorry its 5 per a bottle, you have to get two." Honestly, it was early and there was no one in line at all. And, there was probably no one in the lounge. If you read other reviews here, you will find similar stories where they try to sell their bottle service on empty nights. Next few times I went here were fun (went here last night). Just say you're with a smaller group and there's basically no wait in line and no cover. Good music, overpriced drinks as expected, and alright crowd. BTW, I actually did get bottle service here once, and it was worth it, but we were no forced into it. Overall I like the place and I will probably be back. But I will have to give them only 3 stars cause of what they try to pull. Oh! and they are really strict on what girls are wearing if you want to go down the slide.

It's tough for me to give this place such a low rating, because my friend bartends here (which means I get free drinks) and it's such a unique place. It's very roomy (large boat) with a big area for dancing... which means that the place has all the potential to be a solid 4 or 5 star bar... it's just that the crowd is always just BLEH. B&T galore and kids from da 'hood. Plus, the ever-so-slight rocking of the boat still makes me nauseous. I'll pass!

This otherwise run-of-the-mill dive bar kicks it up a notch on Friday nights when the bartender brings in homemade pies. Her pie is awesome, and if she ever decides to go 'pie only', I think it could be a huge hit! Tonight was Cherry Almond Crumble and Key Lime Pie. The first was probably the best Cherry Pie I've had. The cherries were plump and flavorful, and the almonds added an awesome texture and flavor to the already delicious crumble. The crust was nice and flaky and buttery, just the way I like it. The key lime pie was yellow as it should be, and was nice and tart, but not so much that it would make you pucker. The graham cracker crust was so good that I found myself picking at it even after we had run out of appetite to finish both slices. Unfortunately the food from the kitchen seems a bit lackluster, but hey, pie and beer is enough to make a great meal, right?
