Oh AG...we know you'll always get your coins but still man you guys know ya'll can do better with your customer service. I used to frequent The Velvet in its hey-day when they REALLY had a dress code and there was some exclusiveness about the place. Streamline shape of the club, they do have celebrities every other sunday. Friday - Grown and sexy nights. Crowd is usually frat/sorors, older guys, couples, V103 hosts, and its never too croweded but you have a good time. They play a wide assortment of hits from old school, current, DMV, uptop, etc. Sunday - hood night as I call it bc 107.9 hosts, thats when the big name celebrities are really there hosting, but do expect to be treated like -ish and pay 40-60 for vip or wait in a 1-2 hour line because they will have your butt waiting outside in the general admission line, Alex doesn't care about the patrons, your a dollar sign to him, and thats that. Parking will be crazy but if you're young and dont mind being in a crowded small space. this is the night for you to go, bc by 1 am, its packed to capacity, dont try to go to the bathroom cause your gonna have to fight through the crowd to get there, and there are plenty atlanta video wanna be chicks and fake ballers galore. Enjoy. lol

Vessel..... definitely sunk like the Titanic last Friday night.. 1230am.. the whole crowd was covered in at least 1 inch high worth of poop water...no matter where you walked to try to avoid the bathroom leakage.. it was inevitable.. you couldn't... so we all evacuated..one of my friends got some vouchers though but i didn't.. It was my friend's birthday where we took a nice walk from Sanraku to Vessel since it was walking distance. We got there at like 945pm, stood in line for a bit and all got in for free with guestlist. What I liked about Vessel was the free coat check right when you walk into the venue! I mean you can tip but not mandatory! To get into the club, we had to walk down a flight of stairways into a beautiful, chic, lit decor. The LED lights changes colors at the bar and around the club. Nice VIP/table service couches area around the venue. It is not a very large club compared to Temple or Roe but the ambiance makes up for it. They had $4 redbull vodkas from 9pm to 10pm.. which we unfortunately missed by 10 minutes... That was sad part. Drinks were average $10 each.. not bad.. basic for SF.. and the service was quite fast from the bartenders though. Bathrooms are co-ed with nice sinks and attendants to help you out. But because of these.... it ruined our fun fun night! Music was at first techno/trance when we got to the club but it slowly turned it up which pumped all of us up.. hip hop.. top billboard music.. equals to a bunch of dancers going wild!!! Definitely will hit Vessel back up again.. Hopefully the ship will be back in full service and in recovery by then!

Go here? : If you work or live in the neighborhood and your Louboutin's are pinching too much to walk. I give the Park 1 Star just for being the closest non-smelly establishment to my office. 2 Star because they let us basically take over the bar area every time someone leaves the company, or has a birthday. 3rd Star is because they have an outside and an inside.
