Door guys weren't your usual hollywood douchebag suits, they all were pretty cool. Now for my negatives, drinks were high; like on the high end of already high LA's bar prices. Dance floor was small, tight and smelled like a football locker room. I'd probably go again, but on a low traffic day like Monday or Thursday
by Jeromy Gudmundsson on This is by far the best 18+ club in SF. Saying that I am 22 and tat doesn't matter to me so much, but for my friends that are still 20 it means a lot. I like Thursday nights and the Popscene crew. You won't find indie/pop rock to dance to anywhere else. I also have a soft spot for this place. This is where me and my last girlfriend got to know each other. We played two rounds of pool and out opponents were like, "how long have you two been dating" and "well we know who wears the pants in your relationship." We weren't dating at the time, but by the end of the night we were. Plus on a side note, they have some amazing live bands. Hard-Fi just recently played there.
