Came here for a family friend's birthday gathering last night and the place was very crowded. In the end, we had trouble hearing each other just like any other bar. I liked their dinner & cocktail special for $12, and especially enjoyed their Lychee Martini because it was a very sweet drink. On the other hand, my friend ordered the same drink but hated it because it was too sweet and she couldn't even taste the alcohol...lol. I guess that's why there's a market for everyone.

The VM is cool simply because the vibe is crazy. If you are any degree of drunk or high when you enter you will trip out, and seeing how they're located in the heart of the major Hollywood clubs, that's probably their goal :) I love how they make the entrance to this place look exclusive, so people feel special when they enter. (Haha, isn't that Hollywood for you...) There's one big bouncer standing outside who ID's you, then another who appears out of nowhere and holds back the thick velvet curtains so you can enter....and then BAM. Yes, it's like BAM when you see the inside of this joint. The decorations are off the chain!! There are bizarre things all over the place, flat screen televisions hanging above the bar at weird angles, with strange images playing on the screens. Little nooks in the hallways walls with kooky pictures in them, one had some guy flicking the camera off. Or you off? Wait, who was he flicking off? LOL...anyway...Intense lighting of all different colors, and candles burning in random places. There were three rooms and a hot looking VIP room with white walls and crazier décor, an outside patio with $5 premium margaritas, a sexy crowd and music to dance to. Me and my friend grabbed one of the little tables scattered around the patio and drank....and drank and drank. For $5 their premium margaritas aren't bad but word to the wise...when they hit you they HIT (like all Tequila does), so don't go over your limit. And please, TIP the bartender. I also had an Adios Motherf%&er from here, the drinks have good prices and they make them strong. We didn't try the food, had to leave early because we were getting stalked by some perves, but we will be back. This is such a fun and quirky place, in a perfect location. If you like Hollyweird or seeing new things, you'd like it. So try it :)

What a nice place!!!!  This place looked amazing and their food was incredibly good, too.  Things I ordered melted in my mouth and their prix fixe lunch for under $25 is such a bargain. This not only is an excellent place for dates but for business dining as well.  I am definitely impressed and when my clients in town, I would definitely consider this joint. Highly recommended.
