Bruno's is the place I go when I really want to get down and dance! I love the music and everyone seems to be content on having a good time. There is a lack of dirty dancing and creeps trying to pick up girls--HUGE plus! It is not pretentious and I don't feel pressured to spent an hour getting dressed up to go out. Bruno's is also good for those who don't like to dance. There are plenty of places to sit, relax, or have a bite. If you want to go out on a whim or just have a good time on a Friday or Saturday night, I'd definitely hit up Bruno's.

Great drinks. Good service. Cute decor. The night I went the music was a little ehhh.. I wish they played something more upbeat like the top 40's or something not slow old 90's music. Don't get me wrong, I love old 90's music but when I'm bowling and drinking I'd like music I can get downn to. Overall, a little pricey for everything in total but what do you expect when you're bowling in NYC?

I love this spot. I've never eaten here, but the drinks are just fine. The best part of this place is that Friday and Saturday night, after midnight, it's a $5 cover, no drink minimum, and it's amateur night. Which in most places would mean stay away, but at the Blue Note, it means come running! The most talented musicians of New York come out for this night, hoping to get a record deal or some acknowledgment from the greatest of the great. The jam sessions are absolutely breath taking.
