Low and behold, there goes another shot on top of lord who knows how many they all had. Maybe it's because I'm the responsible one who doesn't drink much where I just feel obligated to say "yes," or the sheer fact that my gals are pirates. Whatever logic made the most sense for me in that moment, and all-in-all, I can say this by far is definitely the place to pregame on a Tuesday(the weekly outings for us) evening with my lovelies since they have great deals on drinks. Not to mention their famous tacos - potato taco for the win!
by Harriet Franze on Being a girl who was born and raised in the Hollywood area, I can say that not much impresses me these days in terms of clubs and lounges....but this place takes the cake. First of all, for the bad reviews below, I can only think that those were written by ugly losers who don't know how to have a good time where ever they may be at because it is next to impossible to not have an amazing night at this club. The name says it all, it is like a Wonderland, you don't feel like you are in LA, the decor is amazing from the weird art and the lop-sided bar shelves to the crazy mushrooms growing out of the ceiling above the dance floor. I hope they keep this place a secret because it is amazing. I was there last night on a Wednesday and saw Rhianna, James Blunt, Micky Rourke and Ja Rule...this place is amazing. The atmosphere is fairy-tale like and the drinks complement the theme of the place. Overall, I have to say this is one of my top faves in all of LA and let's try to keep it on the hush hush so no more idiots try to get in and ruin it for the rest of us...definitely the spot to be.
by Chris M. on Oscar's is definetly the place to be these days, with cheap beer ( 3 dollars for a 23oz is just utter madness) good food ( even tho people try to deny it ) and friendly service..we even had a trivia contest one day....definetly a good place for lunch, which is when i go...dont really have a downside...good prices, good food, good brews...GOOD TIMES!
