TAUNTON BLACKTHORN HARD CIDER
A clean crisp hard apple cider from England. Dry in character with a smooth, lightly effervescent finish. Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Taunton Blackthorn" glass.

DESCHUTES MIRROR POND PALE
This is a popular pale ale. Golden in color, well balanced with a hint of hops. Smooth, easy to drink and a great ale with any food.

FULLER'S ENGLISH E.S.B.
The original E.S.B. from England. Brewed for over 150 years along the River Thames. A strong aromatic special bitter, with a full body, lots of malt and rich hops which are immediately evident. A true classic! Served in it's own proper 20 oz. "Fullers ESB" glass.

"NITRO DRAFT' HALE'S CREAM ALE
A light copper colored cream ale poured with a Co2-nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth consistency. Very easy to drink.

GUINNESS IRISH STOUT
A tradition from Ireland, creamy, almost velvety black in color with a mild roasted flavor. Poured with a nitrogen mixture creating a creamy smooth stout. Served in it's proper 20 oz. "Guinness" glass.

NINKASI TOTAL DOMINATION I.P.A.
A premium India Pale Ale. Brewed with extra hops adding a rich, dry character. These extra hops in combination with a longer brewing process add a full bodied flavor to the finished product.

MANNY'S PALE ALE
From the Georgetown brewery comes "Manny's Pale Ale". Copper in color with a distinctive hop character, this unfiltered beer is crisp and clean with a nice mild hop finsh.

BOUNDARY BAY INSIDE PASSAGE I.P.A.
Boundary Bay's I.P.A. is heavy with a floral aroma of NW hops and finishes with a distinctive dry character. A hop lover's delight.

MAC & JACK'S AFRICAN AMBER
Deep amber in color, this medium bodied, unfiltered ale has a nice balance of malt but ends with a light hop finish.

DIAMOND KNOT "CASK" I.P.A.
A great tasting "Cask" beer. Smooth, full bodied and hopped in the N.W. tradition. A hop lovers delight

BOUNDARY BAY "CASK" E.S.B.
From Boundary Bay Brewery comes this is excellent "cask" British style Extra Special Bitter. This is a full flavored, smooth tasting amber colored E.S.B. made so by being pulled from the keg without the use of CO2 pressure.

We will be rotating a tap handle to showcase the extraordinary wealth of hand crafted ales, lagers and stouts available to us. Ask our servers for our current brewery and style.

BAYERN BREWERY PILSNER
German owned and brewed in Missoula Mt. since 1987, this excellent, small batch authentic German style Pilsner is light in character, golden in color and crisp on the finish. The longer lagering process results in a richer character. Served in a traditional 20 oz. Pilsner Mug.

DIAMOND KNOT BROWN ALE
New to us from Diamond Knot Brewing, this is a rich Brown Ale with a smooth malt finish.

FLYERS PACEMAKER PORTER
From the Flyers brewery out of Oak Harbor, Wa. comes this dark, rich Porter with a slight chocolate character ending in a smooth dry finish. Yum, Yum.

FREMONT 'INTERURBAN' I.P.A.
Fremont Brewery in Ballard makes this well balanced yet flavorful I.P.A. A slight sweetness on the finish helps balance the full hop bitterness making this a hop lovers delight.

ROSLYN PALE LAGER
From the great brewer's at Roslyn Brewery in Roslyn WA, this Lager is light, crisp and full of flavor. An excellent beer with all our foods, or just by itself.

ARTICHOKE HUMMUS PITA PLATE
Chopped artichoke hearts are blended with a traditional hummus mixture of garbonzo beans, lemon, cumin and tahini. The artichoke hummus is served with grilled pita bread, roasted red peppers, lemon tahini sauce, fresh nicoise olives and our tabouleh salad. This is a great vegetarian plate. 9

CILANTRO PESTO CHICKEN QUESADILLA
A large flour tortilla stuffed with roasted chicken, roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and our house made cilantro pesto, then grilled and served with wild greens tossed in our honey / chipotle vinaigrette. (Vegetarian option available upon request) 10

ROASTED GARLIC & HERB BREAD
Fresh Essential Bakery Organic baguette is spread with our blend of roasted garlic, butter, fresh rosemary, sage and thyme, then baked hot in the oven. 6

OVEN ROASTED CURRIED CASHEWS
An individual serving of whole cashews oven roasted in curry spices and butter giving them a distinctive spicy flavor. 5

SOUP DU JOUR
We have become well known for our exceptional soups. All of our soups are made fresh using our own soup stocks and fresh produce from the Pacific Northwest. Served with fresh sliced Essential Bakery como bread. 8

BAKED GOAT CHEESE SALAD
Creamy French goat cheese rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, then baked in the oven and placed on a blend of 14 fresh mixed greens all tossed with roasted pecans, sliced red onions, house made herbed croutons and our sun-dried tomato balsamic vinaigrette 9

MIXED GREEN SALAD
14 kinds of fresh wild mixed greens are tossed with red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, crumbled Danish blue cheese and house made herbed croutons, tossed in our freshly made tarragon raspberry dijon vinaigrette 9

HILLTOP GUMBO
Based on an old New Orleans recipe, we feel this is the best Gumbo anywhere. "Hot and Spicy", it consists of baby shrimp, roasted chicken, fresh Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage, onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Served on a bed of "Dirty Rice" and garnished with pickled okra. Accompanied by freshed sliced Essential Bakery rustic white bread. 10

CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH
Lightly breaded, boneless breast of chicken, seared in garlic oil, then topped with mozzaralla cheese and baked in the oven. Served on toasted dill rye bread with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, mayonnaise and lettuce. The Seattle Weekly rated this "The best chicken sandwich in Seattle!" 12

RED REUBEN SANDWICH
Boarshead brand lean corned beef, braised in Blackthorn hard cider, sliced and piled high on rye bread with our freshly made red pickled cabbage, melted swiss cheese and housemade thousand island dressing. The reuben is then grilled golden brown, baked in the oven and served hot. 12

LEAN BROILED BURGER
Fresh Casioppo Brothers lean ground beef (Oregon Country grain fed, 100% free of animal byproducts), hand formed and flame broiled then served on a toasted Essential Bakery organic baguette with mayonnaise, mustard and topped with sauteed onions and peppers. Served with choice of side. 10

SOUP / GUMBO SALAD COMBO
Enjoy a cup of our fresh daily soup (all made with in house roasted soup stocks) or a cup of our housemade New Orleans styled Gumbo and your choice of salad. Makes for a quick and delicious light meal. 12

CAESAR SALAD
Fresh romaine and house made herbed croutons tossed in our own caesar dressing consisting of lemon, garlic, olive oil, raw egg yolk then topped ith parmesan cheese and garnished with anchovies. It is often said this is Seattles best caesar salad. 8

BLACKENED FRESH SALMON FILET SANDWICH
Fresh salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then "blackened" in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic French baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. 13

SOUTHWEST FLAT IRON STEAK SANDWICH
Tender flat iron steak is rubbed in ancho chili powder, garlic, black pepper and salt then grilled to medium rare and sliced. Piled on an oven warmed Essential Bakery organic baguette with chipotle mayo, melted Jack cheese, lettuce and our fresh Pico de Galo salsa. 13

GRILLED GREEN CHILE TUNA MELT
Albacore tuna is blended with roasted green chilis, red onions, mayo and herbs, on sourdough bread with Pepperjack cheese then grilled and baked in the oven till golden brown. This is one killer sandwich! 11

HILLTOP FISH TACO
Our fresh "seasonal" fish is marinated in chipotle chiles, garlic, lime juice and cilantro then pan seared and folded into a warmed flour tortilla with lime-cilantro sour cream, shredded cabbage and corn salsa. Served with a side of wild greens tossed in our zesty chipotle chile and orange vinaigrette. 12

JERK CHICKEN STRIPS
Boneless, skinless chicken breast is cut in strips and marinated in our housemade Caribbean Jerk spices, then breaded in Panko and pan seared. Served with a citrus mayo dip.
