by Jordan C. on This place has everything under and on one roof! It is a fantastic pre-dinner drink spot with 3 bars... one downstairs, one upstairs, and one on the rooftop. The dinner was great and the menu offers interesting tapas selections like Cheeseteak egg rolls (amazing) and Chicken Lettuce Wraps w/Peanut Sauce (spicy & very good). And when you're done with dinner just get on the elevator and head to the roof top to mingle with the handful of beautiful people that inhabit Philadelphia and enjoy a post meal cocktail under the moonlight. The half inside, half outside rooftop is really well done and is one of the best places in Philly to have a Happy hour or late night drink. Definitely go to the 2nd floor and check out the shag carpet on the ceiling and the stuffed animal chairs- very funky.
