by Mary S. on National Mechanics is a great spot for a drink, dinner, or brunch on the weekend. It's got a unique atmosphere and an interesting beer list that always keeps us coming back. Oh, and what they say about the veggie burger being the best in the city? they're not joking, it seriously is the best in the city! On the weekend they have a make your own bloody Mary bar toting a ton of different ingredients to try out in your drink. If you are the claustrophobic type I wouldn't recommend this place at like 11pm on a weekend. Just because it can get pretty tight, but other than that, this place truly is exceptional fun at all times!

Although I didn't eat any of the sandi and really just ate the lobster with a fork...not to mention the fry basket that I wanted to dump into my purse to take home with me! The food was really good but over priced for the selections. The front door seemed pretty difficult to get past. The DJ was all over the place. The inconsistency didn't seem to keep the crowd going throughout the night. The group I was with definitely made the night a blast! Does anyone know where I can find some good house music in this city!? This wasn't it.
