by Ana Cashwell on I went here last night for Soul Night and had a blast. It's got a great vibe to it. It doesn't feel too hipster, fratty, or anything like that. It's just got a great mix of people and everyone was just there to have fun. The music was actually pretty good and we all had a blast there. The drinks/shots were about $6, not too expensive compared to other places. The music was pretty cool (although the front room had way better music than the back room). It was a lot of fun dancing. I appreciated that there wasn't a lot of drunken dancers who always end up shoving/pushing those around them by the end of the night. For the most part everyone was having fun and enjoying themselves. I really liked the vibe here, down to the turntable spinning on the wall as decor. Great place, and I look forward to coming back here for some more soul night.
by Rena Maalouf on Rouge, you really classed it up on Thursday night! Or maybe it was just the ridiculously well-dressed people who arrived in swarms... either way, it was a very fun time! We hosted a cocktail-attire charity party at Rouge. Some came early to enjoy some Nick's grub in their semi-formal dresses and others arrived right when the party started - 9:30 PM. By 10, the party was totally packed. It took a long time to get drinks but the bartender was nice enough to let you order 10 at a time for you and all your friends. And we had a special on vodka cocktails so everyone's drinks were going down a little faster than usual. The "dance floor" which is usually Nick's eating area was fun and lively. The DJ was great about playing my requests and helping make my night even better. I've never been to Rouge on a "normal" club night and I don't really plan to (especially if I'd have to pay a cover!) but I would think of Rouge again as a venue for a private party!
by Kim R. on I have not been here for quite sometime but the last time I did go here Some girls I know were throwing a party here. And then my friends and I Saw her hanging out at the bar Joan Jett man I used to love Joan Jett. But I don't really do that autograph type of thing my one friend did get her to sign here record (she was tha DJ that night and happened to have it on her) The funniest shit though is when I heard 2 other girls say dude that was Joan Jetts Drink. Let's still the straw and do a line outta it. Crazy Fans....
