by Jessica E. on This food is fantastic! I would not have thought to venture to this neighborhood for fine dining, but this restaurant came highly recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed. I ordered the arroz con chorizo, which also came with delicious beans and plantains. The servings are very generous, so I can look forward to some leftovers as well! I was able to try a bit of the salmon too, which was cooked to perfection. There is a connection between this restaurant and Mixto in Center City. I am fairly certain it is the same owner. While Mixto has a more "center city chic" atmosphere, the menu is very similar and more reasonably priced at TC. If you live in center city, TC is worth the trip. If you live outside of the city and enjoy Columbian food, this is a great option for great dining and you do not have to worry about parking. Also, the mojitos rocked!
