From the street it looks like a trendy nightclub and the decor inside had that vibe too until I sat down... it's T.G.I.Friday's as an after hours club (My reference is Mid-town Manhattan, not Burbank). They were about to close the kitchen when we got there (11-ish) so we ordered an appetizer combo plate for the table. My drink was fine (Guinness is hard to screw up). Had trouble finding my friends despite the place being half empty. Music was too loud to have a group conversation but o.k. for one-on-one. ping-pong table is fun; cigar patio is not. (but it beats people smoking in the doorway. I didn't know about the parking garage (because it looked closed) so I had to risk jaywalking Ventura.
