by Robert Achziger on Last time I was here was about 4 years ago? and the venue was called BOSS. Two of my besties had their birthday celebration here Saturday night. Manor West has an upscale feel with bad lighting lol It was way to dark inside. My GF's decided to get bottle service and had a private VIP area. The VIP area had a seating for about 15 people, which is pretty big. As for music? Top 40's and Mash up, if anything they played a lot of house, which I do not like. Why did I give it 2 Stars? one bathroom area, 3 toilets were overflowing with toilet paper and urine which was gross!!! the lighting, the music, and drinks were pricey. I can say I did have a great time because I was surrounded with good people but I would not come back.
by Tiffany N. on Aww, great regular spot on Friday's after work. This is our usual Happy Hour spot and I am a big fan of nice little dives. It's nice on the inside but might be a bit discouraging on the outside. The bartenders are nice, the food is greasy and there are roughly fifteen 40-50 inch flat screen TVs covering all your favorite games. I was here for the big LakeShow and they do a really good job of taking care of you no matter what little spot you've found to cram yourself into to watch a big game. They cover up the pool tables and turn them into big tables so people can sit and watch. On regular nights, there's board games they're happy to let you pull out and play along with enough arcade games and pool space to keep you happy. There's oddly a whole bunch of space I didn't know about like the Mile High Club next door that's just a big open dance floor that also has a big screen. Parking is a beast to find and on busy nights, they charge $5 for the lot behind the bar.
by Hung Georgales on Ok i will be the first to admit it... i'm an aquarium snob. I mean i almost walked out of finding nemo due to an inaccuracy, so i have high expectations for an aquarium. I was very nervous about the overwhelming 3 star reviews. If i'm going to pay $27 it better be for a five star quality aquarium! And the Georgia aquarium is definitely a five star aquarium. And definitely worth the $27! It was absolutely amazing. The exhibits were clean, well organized for crowd control and informative. The most impressive part definitely had to be gigantic whale shark tank, full with many different fishes and they gave you a great dive card to go through the exhibit. It was really helpful. There was also a VERY helpful employee at almost every major exhibit that was able to answer any and all questions. And trust me, i had questions. I really can't get over how awesome this place was. And to top it all off i did not notice one major mistake in an exhibit. In fact i actually learned some things (did you know that geckos have such strong hands they can hold a five year old child). I think that this aquarium is totally worth the money (especially if your boyfriend remembers to get the cheap preordered tickets). I highly reccommend getting there early (like before 12) cause when we left at around 1 it was absolutely packed!
