Infusion is an upscale asian fusion restaurant by day and the hottest and hippest dance club by night. I've had the pleasure of experiencing both: RESTAURANT: coming here for dinner really let's you see and appreciate the décor of this place since the lights are all on. It's also a little strange to see it almost empty since it is usually super packed when transitioned into club mode. All the VIP booths and tables are in the same places, so I believe you have the option to dine there or in their more standard dining room. Eating in a loungy booth is pretty awesome, but not the most comfortable in accessing your food. While the food and presentation are thumbs up for me, it is extremely pricey for the portion sizes. All the entrees were more like appetizers to me, and that's coming from someone who prefers smaller portions. Make a late reservation and wait for them to turn into a club so you can skip the long lines and (usually high) cover charges. NIGHTCLUB: Infusion boasts one of the best sound systems in the city. I have to give them credit for that. Atmosphere and crowd has always been a hit all the times I've been here. With all the popularity and rave reviews, long lines and huge crowds just come with the package. They also have the ability to charge pretty high cover fees even with guestlist because people are willing to pay. Check it out if you're looking to have a good time and don't mind shelling out the cash.

The tavern is known for one thing, and I ain't gonna write about it. Now if you can keep your eyes on your own menu, as your wife insists, turn your attention to the Shrimp Po'Boy. it's almost as good as the waitresses outfits. It's a generous portion of those delicious bugs served on an American sized French baguette and a side of delicious steak fries. While I can't say this is my first choice for Po'Boy love I have dined on the Po'Boy quite often here, and if they don't skimp on the remoulade it's solid. But, when I'm in the mood for some Po'Boy action with a side of sexual harassment you can't beat this place.
