I went here for a bachelorette party and had just an ok time.  This place is highly overrated and wayyyyyy overpriced.  I guess they have different deals for bachelorette parties, but the one we had consisted of us getting a side room next to the dance floor with a pole, appetizer/tapa type food, annnnnnd well, that's basically it.  $60 for a pole and appetizers???  Ummmm, no thank you.  Not to mention, each drink there was between $10-$15. The 'girls 'aren't as hot as everyone is saying (anything can be done with surgery, people!) and my friend was a little uncomfortable when she was called up for a lap dance and was groped and encouraged to grope the girl (who was recycled through the other 5 bachelorettes there). The two stars were for the food - quite delicious, actually, with yummy sauces for every dish...but still not worth all that money.

Definitely a "diamond in the rough" as I heard one person call it. This place is great for meeting up with someone, or having a study session, having tea, eating treats, having lunch. The space is pretty large, with different kinds of seating - small tables, couches, floor seating with a floor table, bar seating, outdoor tables, and a larger group table, a little secluded from the rest of the cafe. First and foremost, this is a tea house. And the tea here is great. Lots of good blends, and regular teas. The staff is fun and energetic, as are the very warm owners who are often in the store mingling with customers. Once you come, the mentality of the shop is to create not just a good tea experience, but to make friends - a definite contrast to Starbucks or Caribou or McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts. Support local (it's in fashion)! Plus, the tea is cheap! 3.41 (with tax) for unlimited steepings of your tea leaves. Granted, after the 3rd or 4th steeping, the potency goes down, but by then you've drunken about a liter of tea anyway. Good deal. They also have bubble tea and coffee for the coffee inclined. The deserts and treats are amazing. Selection is constantly in rotation, and they are yummy. Decor-wise, it has a homey west-cost feel, good ambient music and cool wares on sale (cups, mugs, tea pots, art). Also free wi-fi to get work done, or just browse rateclubs.
