by Laurence Jentry on First and foremost, this place is a bar (which happens to serve food). I've never eaten anything here, except for the fries, so I can't really speak for the quality of the cuisine. I can, however, say that it has one of the best happy hours in town. From 2-9pm, they have discounts on drafts, wells, house wines, etc. - you name it. I've only been on Friday nights and they are packed, so good luck getting a table or booth inside. They do have pretty mediocre service, but as I've already said they're not a restaurant. I've been to other Baker St. pubs and this was how it was with them as well, even in the middle of the day with only a dozen or so people in the joint. If customer service is high up on your list of requirements, avoid this place. That said, I enjoy coming here. Cheap drinks, clean restrooms, and a flexibility in their HH hours, so that I'm not forced to rush over during traffic for their drink specials. That's a win in my book.
