by Vaishnavi J. on I almost feel bad dissing this place, so disclaimer: I don't like toolish places with bouncers who make you wait for no reason. In general. Perhaps that's expected or commonplace in Hollywood, but I dislike the practice. We arrived at 10pm after having put our names on the guest list. Except that apparently the names hadn't gone through and they didn't have our info. Which was unfortunate but understandable party foul. So we waited in the regular line, and were at the very front just behind the velvet rope. There was noone arriving who was on the guest list, the bouncer was chatting with a friend and there were essentially no impediments to letting us in. But we were still in line, waiting. I asked the bouncer if it was going to be a long wait (we wanted to start dancing ASAP) and he kept saying it would be "in just a second". For about 20 minutes. And this was on top of the $20 cover that would be expected after we entered. I don't enjoy that. So we left.

(i made a funny!). this venue is super classy, i love the fact that seating is abundant, plush red curtains are everywhere, the sound system is solid. you can venture into other rooms to grab a quick drink, or head to the back of the main room. i've only seen CSS at this venue, and they rocked it. hopefully more acts i know come to town and play here cause i'm dying to go back.
by Earle Wissinger on OK so I went here the other day with one of my Best Friends...The food was really good BUT the drinks were SLAMMIN...Most places jip you on the amount of liquor they put into it but not this place...even if you don't like Mexican food just go for the drinks..they had well over enough flavors of Margaritas & plenty of other selections.. Drink Up We got a free dessert too :)
