Pros: -Unlike some of these other reviews, I really had no problem getting in with little wait, unlike Hiro the night before (I'm asian, but not Korean). -Lighting was nice. -Excellent female to guy ratio. -Korean club with most of whom seem to be from out of town. Cons: -Too be honest, I've never seen so many cheapskates at the bar. Where I'm from, bars are always packed and people are always dropping some duckets. I looked around and everyone was gripping a Coors Light or some other crap drink. I spent around $400 that night on just 3 people (Heavy drinker would be an understatement for me). -If you're a guy, its a fight to get to the bathroom, b/c you have to swim past the mob each time. -Guys are DOGS here! They walk around like their shit don't stink. Pushed one guy b/c he refused to take his hands off my g/f. I'd say 90% of the guys here looking for a one night stand. If this were to happen in Charlotte, yall would have seen the "flying chink over the balcony" trick. Guys here have NO RESPECT for women. If chivalray was dead, this would be the epiccenter. Where I'm from, there is a severe drought of asian women, especially in the Korean community. These New Yorkers guys don't realize how good they have it and do take it for granted. -Automatic 20% gratuity added to EACH drink. The going rate in bars should be $1 per drink but then again I'm not from NYC; someone had to pay for the LV belt the bartender was rockin'. -"Booking" is rampant here, mix opinions on that.

I had no idea what a mashup was prior to coming here, but it was bunches of fun! Thanks to Walter for having his anti-Valentine's day UYE here and many thanks to my boyfriend for coming to town and hooking us up with bottle service :) The crowd was very diverse- you had people in goth gear, jeans & tees, club wear, and cocktail dresses. I was in the latter and almost felt a bit overdressed but then I realized, who cares?! Note that if you want table service, don't do it at the last minute or you will be stuck with a table + some bar stools by the door area. We were a bit disappointed we didn't get an actual booth, but then again...we remembered we were at DNA Lounge, not a Vegas club.
