As someone who lives on the road and has more Starwood Points than he knows what to do with, I'd like to give my two cents on this hotel. Checking in took about 15 minutes.  One person working the desk on a Friday afternoon?  That's ridiculous. The rooms suck.  There I said it.  The climate control system was extremely loud and annoying.  There were various mystery stains on the carpet of my room.  The walls are paper thin, so it was a real treat to hear my neighbors boning one night and then throwing a rager in their room the following night.  The bathroom was cool looking, but the shower leaked all over the floor to the point that I had to mop up everything.  Also lets discuss their TV's.  It's nice that they are Flatscreens but the screens are small and the range from the bed to the TV was so far apart that the remote didn't work all of the time unless I got out of bed and walked closer to the TV. And finally the check out process was actually worse than the check in process.  They didn't slip a bill under my door so I had to wait another 15 minutes in line to check out...with only 1 person working the desk yet again. If you like barely legal drunk kids, it looks like you are in for a treat on Friday nights as there is no way in hell that everyone in the lobby was 21. I ate at the burger resto, it was okay...nothing memorable. I will say that the Lobby was nice looking. It really pisses me off that I have to stay here for work, but whatever I have sadly stayed at worse hotels.

Being on the Q-List is almost as qool  as being a member of the rateclub Elite Squad. I love this space, and can't think of a place I'd rather be on a Wednesday night. http://www.qoolsf.com/
