by Vaishnavi J. on My five friends and I got here around 10.45pm on a Saturday and the cover was $15. I love house music so was looking forward to some great new beats and sounds. Maybe we went on a weaker night, but the beats were far too generic for my liking and the music wasn't innovative or infectious at all. It was the same beat and rhythm for the full 3 hours we were there. I did like the crowd though - lots of people who were there with the simple intent of dancing. I think they made the music a lot better than it really was. The drinks here are around $9 - $11 a shot but extremely weak. Made us regret buying them in the first place. The bartender also got irritated when we asked for water at the end of the night and that surprised us; you would think people wanting water at the end of a night of dancing would be a fairly standard request. Apparently not. All in all, it's not a bad place to spend around an hour go if there's no cover, especially to watch some of the amazing people who come to dance. But $15 + overpriced drinks + mediocre music means I won't be going back for a while. Oh, one final thing - valet parking is $20 and there isn't a lot of street parking especially on the weekends. So be prepared for that.
