by Dena L. on I'm surprised at the reviews - I had a Great time! The DJ (Lester?) is off the hook - he can mix and knows how to read the crowd. He also let me scratch on a song-yes! He mixed today's music with some really interesting 80s updated mixes..I would hire him. Everything else was great but this was also an event and it was free to get in..no complaints like the other reviewers here. We liked it so much that we are trying to have a party here at some point soon. So there you go Roe, 5 stars.
by Beau Hovi on Checked it out last night for a Tall Sasha/ Playdoughboy DJ thing. Fun small space, descent music (excluding some un-known kid who opened and didn't know how to use a mixer), cool crowd. Big minus for the pricey watered drinks. Big plus for the hilarious bouncer who amused w/his stories of working hip-hop shows in Queens!
