by Serge B. on This is the best place to escape the Center City Sips crowd or just carry on some conversations while enjoying the coldest PBR in the City (I don't know how they get them so cold). I wouldn't call this a dive bar as that entails a sense of danger. This is a legit bar that stayed the same since it opened and the neighborhood changed around it. Walk in, grab a drink, and relax (and of course, tip well).
