by Shyla Hardges on Possibly one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. My friends and I were at Ella on Saturday night, having drinks, sitting on the couch. A waitress came over and told us that she had a private party that just arrived and needed us to get up immediately. Keep in mind, no one ever told us that the couch was reserved, and there was no sign (in fact, the waitress said they didn't own a reserved sign). We asked us if we could at least finish our drinks, and she said "No, you need to get up right now." She then stormed off in a hissy fit when we said that we would like a few minutes to finish our drinks since no one ever told us they would need the couch. She brought back her low-life manager who told us WE were being rude for not getting up immediately and said he had no problem losing us as customers. What a bunch of a$$holes!
by Domenica Tacdol on This review will be short and sweet. They have a full calendar of wonderful entertainers. I went last year to see Ashford & Simpson and was so in love with the spot and quality of the show I went a second night. Food and drink quality was good for SF. The hosts were friendly and great to talk to.
