by Leanne B. on We really enjoyed our first visit, on a beautiful weekend afternoon. The ambiance was fun and relaxing on the patio, the drinks were good and the food was pretty good. I really enjoyed the calamari appetizer, the fried shrimp were solid and the homemade chips are yum! We will definitely be back, probably more for drinks than for the food.
by Roxann Dimitri on We only stopped in for a drink and appetizer, but the visit definitely left us wanting to come back for more. The entrance hides behind large, sleek black doors in the ultra-hip meatpacking district, so we had some trouble finding it. Once you peel back the hip exterior, it's like stepping into a huge Chinese garden. It is a huge space with lots of small rooms and places to explore. We spent several minutes just walking around the restaurant. There's even a small garden, located inside the restaurant, that is open to the sky. Service was great. The drinks came quickly and we ordered some spicy tuna rolls as a snack. Delicious. If we weren't going to be heading to dinner soon, I would have loved to try more off the menu. If we had been staying in New York even one more night, I think this would have been our choice for dinner. A very hip scene, with great food to match.
