by Vivian W. on A solid 4 stars for the overall experience. I loved the decor of the restaurant, and the service was impeccable. The starters were impressive (we ordered the stuffed peppers, fried goat cheese and squid) and def left me eager for more. Bright flavors, good combinations, and fun cocktails too. The entrees were not as impressive - solid hearty dishes but nothing notable about either dishes we ended up ordering, not to mention the boring descriptions of the entrees on the menu. I ordered an olive oil ice cream for dessert with sea salt and chocolate. The chocolate/sea salt combo was spectacular, and the olive oil finish was very subtle and made for an overall delicious dessert. I was pleasantly surprised. This would def. have been a 5 star experience if only the entrees were more memorable... Also, great place to bring a date-=o)
by Jose Gnoza on This place is kind of like a joke of it self. It is everything that is bad about nightclubs condensed into only the worst aspects. An easy list to check off on: * Unfriendly, obnoxious bouncer - check * Expensive drinks ($12) - check * Strong odor of vomit - check * Pretentious, snooty crowd - check * Bad house music that sounds like a cheap Casio keyboard on demo - check This place is a real stink-hole, avoid it.
