by Coleman Corredor on I really liked this place at 6pm. But then at 10pm, I was no longer a fan. At 6pm, you enter through the front door, and immediately see the DJ booth. Movies are playing on the large flat screens and on the walls above the booths. The chandeliers are cool with feathers hanging from them, and the paintings of the scantily clad women remind me a bit of Harlot. It's full enough that every seat is almost taken but you can still walk around without touching anyone else. Music is playing and people are having a good time. Fast forward to 10pm. We come back after having gotten dinner down the street. Now we have to enter through a side door since the front door is packed by the DJ booth. It's packed to sardine level tightness and smells like sweaty people. Drunk people are pushing you to get through the crowd to say high to their friends. People are screaming random stuff in the air. It is now a club, and an overly packed club. Though I had fun at 6pm, at 10pm I'm over it. Maybe I should just stick to happy hour at this place and go home soon after.
by Deon Chow on Went on a Thursday night, which I believe was Tiger Heat Night. It was amusing to watch 18 yr old twinks not knowing how to act and being all b!tchy. The dancers were cute, but one in particular was very nasty and telling everyone in the audience that if they didnt have money, to take their broke asses home. It's not a strip club, honey! Plus he couldn't dance. Music was all over the place and generally just a hot mess. Fun for a few hrs, but b!tchy twinks give me a headache after a while...also I'm a straight female that brought my poor boyfriend to gay night, maybe it wasn't the place for us...haha.
by Ed L. on I guess guys buy drinks all the time anyways but it's great to be a female in New York. Chicks can find open bars everyday and as a result, the milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. The one at Circle seemed to work out well. Lots of ladies enjoying free booze while dudes emptied out their wallets with the little change they had left after paying their monthly Manhattan rent. Definitely Korean fest but for weeknight, it was very poppin. Nice little club with bumping some good jams. In NY, there's no difference between weekdays and weekend. People still go big and make it to work. They also age twice as fast and got some serious baggages under their eyes.
