First, I must thank the owner and the staff for making my business dinner a success. 12 people enjoyed a wonderful dinner last night and once again thank you. I know how hard it is to serve a table of 12, well the service was flawless. The waiter was amazing, non obtrusive and on the mark from start to finish. Each dish that was brought to the table was was perfect. The presentation, taste and temperature of each dish was spectacular. I will rate the South City Kitchen a perfect 10!!!!!
by Nathanael Spartz on Ok, so I'm a huge house music fan...I only go when big DJ's come to town, like Kaskade, Cedric Gervais, Sharam, etc. I always have a blast...sometimes the fist pumping douchebag crew rolls in, sometimes not, I think it depends on who's spinning. Opens til 4am on Sat! Has a Crobar NYC (when it was opened) vibe, which you can't really find in LA. The best time I had there was when Cedric Gervais spun, brought my friends and had a blast..also couldnt hear properly for 2 days after...awesome.
by Charlotte S. on I love Delux! The sweet potato fries are to die for! So are the burgers, the caprese salad and the veggie panini. I've never really had an outstanding server, maybe because the place is always busy and crowded, but as long as they watch my drink levels and get me my food, I am fine. The Banana Split dessert is fantastic...they even give you a side of hot chocolate syrup to pour over the ice cream--and I dont even care for chocolate that much. I usually do lunch there, but have had some nice nights out with friends munchin on fries and drinking Hefewiezen draft beer.
