by Rob Mitra on I was in town, hailing from NYC to visit my best friend. His friends had bottle service on the 2nd floor. We had no problems getting in and we had a lot of fun. There's a lot of good looking girls here and a few table dancers. All in all I ended up getting drunk, but not before having a fun dance battle with some girl (she lost though). Prices aren't bad either to be honest, but then again I come from NYC. I had fun, I will be back when I visit L.A. again.

B. on Got right in around massive crowd because 1.) dont care too much about the club scene and i think that door men like people who arent desperate. 2.) we had a name of someone throwing a party. Once inside liked the interior. Had a nice look/design and was large. The bartender was a little rude, but what one isnt here? The crowd was a little young (some looked underage!!!) but it was a Saturday night so perhaps. The hollywood club scene, you either love it or hate it. If you like it, this place is probably the best you are going to find for music and ambiance.
by Randall Duresky on Its the neighborhood bar that everyone in the city seems to know.. "Oh you live down near Valencia and Mission, is that near El Rio? Oh yeah, Ive been there." For a seemingly missiony grungy bar - you get all types. Friday happy hours you see your mission hipsters, your middle aged men, your popped collar preps, pretty much every stereotype you'd want to find! I love the Red Hots Burlesque! Always puts a smile on my face and I think makes every female there want to embrace their sexuality. Yeah sure the back room is smelly sometimes, but it just adds to the atmosphere. (Execept some random live bands..wooo sometimes its even to smelly for me!) But yeah, fabulous patio (and heat lamps!), friendly bartenders, sweet shuffleboard, lots of free food, cheap drinks, and one of the few bars I feel comfortable having a drink alone when thats needed.
