There is $7 cover on Saturday nights, but well worth the good music, drink and overall great vibe. There's even a dirty hot dog lady in front of the place. Yummy! Warning... the place does get extremely packed after 11p. Well on Saturday at least. Check this place out if you're looking to chill and enjoy some good hip hop!
by Lanora Burditt on After living in the LES for years and partying in LES for years, I've become accustomed to a certain kind of crowd/experience. Coming here was the equivalent to partying in another country and not necessarily in a bad way. The crowd was a little older and not NYUish, the bouncers weren't tools, the place wasn't packed to the point where you couldn't breathe and the bartenders were actually attentive. Plus there was a waitress giving out free shots of Jack. Always a plus. If I'm ever this far uptown again I would totally come back.
