Wonderful exhibits and a great place to go to be highly entertained for a few hours. It gets crowded so plan ahead, but as long as you do you'll enjoy your visit.

A really relaxed atmosphere and scene - it has a more Brooklyn than Manhattan vibe : ). It's a diverse post-work crowd on the weekdays, mixed in with leisure seekers, quite a few tourists, too - but not the anoying ones. Anyone who wants to enjoy a nice evening / sunset on a boat will be satisfied. The food is OK, better than you would assume, and the drinks are regularly priced. There was a live band playing, when I visited - they were tremendously loud. Prepare to shout for the entire evening.

I really like the GAMH. You would never know how beautiful it is inside from being outside. Have some friends who got married there. Wild party...wild people... The sound is good, and the dance floor is too if you can get a chance to move/dance around on it take it! When I go in there I sometimes feel I should be wearing some spectacular victorian ball gown. I have cocktail and then that passes. I'd have a wedding or party there.
