by Ariel J. on My review only pertains to The Park as a restaurant. I've been there twice now, once for lunch and another for brunch. I found both experiences to be good. I did not experience any of the problems with service to which others have alluded. The staff was friendly and efficient. Most recently, I was there for the Sunday Brunch. We made reservations for a little after noon, which worked out as there were a fair amount of people waiting when we arrived. We were seated immediately. As for the food, I had an amazing order of Challah French Toast with Caramelized Bananas and Strawberries; It was executed to perfection. My had the Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict, which were excellent. I would happily go with either dish again in the future. Oh, make sure to sample the table bread - really good stuff.
by Cleopatra Mercure on i would never come here late at night when it actually turns into a club, but this place is awesome for happy hour drinks and nicks tacos. super cheap (albeit weak) drinks and great service from the bartender. i originally found out about this place because i work on the same block and stumbled in, but now we will make extra trips into the city to go for the happy hours.
by Corinne Boast on (hanging my head in shame) i went there last night for a web 2.0 mixer rather than going to see tommy lee at bloomingdales. well, i wish i went to bloomies, so you judge how i felt. It's a nice set up with lots of cushy seats and has a free photo booth that automatically uploads to flickr. http://www.flickr.com/... My butt is up there somewhere : )
