by Christal M. on This past Saturday was my first time at one of these type clubs and my last. The only reason I went was because my friends had just gotten married and they rented one of the large rooms for their after-party. The club ambiance was... interesting. The main dance floor area was actually pretty nicely decorated with cool lights and fake trees. But then there were other parts of the club that were just dark and scary looking. The music was alright, but there were times when the dance floor was completely empty. The karaoke room was a good size and decorated with balloons for the special occasion. But you'd think that a place that serves bottles of grey goose and crown royal could keep a room air conditioned. It was like a sauna in there! The thing that really made this a one star place for me was that when my boyfriend went to the bar to get a beer for himself and a cup of water for me, they charged him $2 for the tiny cup of tap water! I know this is an Asian club, but c'mon now.
by Cyndi Wesselman on great local bar/club the drinks are reasonable and the music is good but the best part is the drag show everyone goes crazy when they come out on the floor to perform. The only draw back is you will wait in line for 10-15 min on most night but hey that means it worth it.
by Elnora Lepre on I walked here with some friends, and was not really that impressed with the place, but it was windy as hell, so I figured we better just take our chances. I ordered their 12 inch pizza with broccoli, basil, and sundried tomatoes, and no cheese. I emphasized that last part several times. So what happened? The waiter comes back with my pizza not just a LITTLE sprinkled, but completely covered in cheese, and asked me how I felt about that. I firmly told him I am allergic to milk and cannot eat it. Uh, what do you think "no cheese please" means exactly? 20 minutes pass, and I get another pizza without cheese. Yay! But after all that crap, they didn't hesitate in still charging me fricking $17 for a pizza. Yeah .... no thanks. Won't be back anytime soon.
