Me and a few friends came her on a Saturdaynight to celebrate a birthday. With help of a promoter (thanks John..Jimmy..?, lol) we were able to skip the entire line, get free entry, a table and bottles! Marquee had a gorgeous layout and for the most part a decent looking crowd. However, we had to be the youngest people in there and definitely saw a group that could have been my parent's age. I was wondering what some people were doing there and how they got in, especially when we came across a group of Jersey Shore meatballs that looked 14 and a half. But I definitely loved how well taken care of we were by the promoter but the first floor around our table was so crowded and by 2 am was completely covered and sticky with drinks. The tables did have a cool feature where you can hide your bags/belongings in these little hidden cubbies so that made me feel a little better about putting my bag down in a room full of strangers. :) All in all a good night, would love a little YOUTH in there but hey it was a 21+ club that i definitely had no business being in. :P

the two stars says it all. the pics on the web make it look glam and luxe, but the venue is showing its wear and tear and starting to giveoff that "carpet needs a change smell". IF youre really into salsa and merengue and stuff like that, its for you. if not, dont go. wedidnt stay long but the hiphop room was HOT and it wasnt even crowded yet parking is 10 bucks across the street (standard) 15 bucks to get in before 10:30

Want to feel like you've been transported to the D.R. withot shelling out for a flight? Head toward LaGuardia and you'll spot a building with a straw thatched roof that looks very much out of place in Queens, NY. Inside, you'll find cane furniture, soft lighting and yummy Dominican food. I ordered the half sqash stuffed with seafood (forgot the name). It was savory and delicious. They also have a daily lunch buffett for those who want to gorge. Staycation here I come :P
