white wine sangria and awesome garlic fries. the kind of fries where they have real whole fried up garlic on the bottom. SO GOOD. Great view of the hudson river. Minus one star for dumping ice buckets over the edge. kind of gross to get some of the splatter while you're eating.

Half totally awesome antique boat to wander around in, half your-average-drinkers'-haven on a dock.  If the weather is good, this is a really nice place to catch a drink with some friends.  The views are beautiful all around, and there are so many little nooks and crannies on the boats that you can find a place to settle down with your worries and liquor.  There were maybe three or four boats there that had tables and seating all around, and the whole place is generally quiet - the music is contained to certain areas.  One of the boats is all rusty and definitely not sea-worthy, but a most fantastic spot for a bar.  I went on a Saturday night and wondered why there weren't more people in the old boat.  It was the highlight of the place if you ask me!  But for some reason everyone was gathered on the dock (or main boat, hard to tell, everything was rocking!)  The old boat had dozens of little rooms where you could escape to and an overall mysterious and cool ambiance.  The bottom of the ship even has a dance room with a dj booth and a piano!  Can be crowded on the other boats and main seating/bar area.  Some tables on high-up places that required climbing steep stairs and/or ladders, resulting in spectacular views and intimacy at the same time.  I heard the food was good, but didn't try it.  Drinks were weak.  Nevertheless, a decent place if you feel like taking a cab or bus all the way over there.  What more can I say, pretty cool little place on the water!

super fun. super small. super crowded. super friendly. cheap $5 cover that i did not pay. how you may ask? enter my pimp friend, monica r who smooth talked our way into the club. in the bouncer's words, "ok you guys have flirted enough to get you in." would that be considered G rated prostitution? maybe but we got in for free so whatever. once inside, we entered the abyss of amazing old school party music. (think 'Now that's what I call Music" first edition)  so delish. lot's of people shoved together and grinding like we're all on MTV's The Grind. i really liked how everyone was dancing with everyone and no one cared how you danced or what you were wearing or whatever. i would recommend libation enjoyment prior to entrance into the club so as not to feel overwhelmed or claustrophobic. fun fun fun!!
