by Myrel F. on I have no gripes with Sloane. I seem to get lucky with parking, which is all street parking when I come here (it's SF, are you really going to be picky?). I came here last Saturday and it wasn't as crowded as the last time I came here, which is a good thing. Because the venue isn't that big. It's long, has an upstairs VIP, and 4 bathrooms in the back, which are stocked by a sole employee (does a great job, considering the all the people that come and go). The bartenders have always been good to me. I waited what seemed long to a bartender once and they hooked it up in price, which was nice. Considering it wasn't my money spent. lol thanks Alex, where ever you are. He thought it be best to give his money to a female, and he was in luck, the right one came along and he spent $10 instead of $20+ for 4 drinks. It was my lucky night at Sloane. I got to dance and have a good time with my friends. Overall lovely night in the city. Thanks Sloane!

Recommended by Lonely Planet, so I decided to pick this place to meet up with a friend while I was in SF. I didn't tell my friend exactly what this place was and we sat down at the bar counter to enjoy some sake-tini and delicious jap fusion food. The mussells in sake sauce was so impressive that I still remember till this day. When the light went off and the dancers started walking around on the same counter where we eat, my friend's jaw dropped wide open and I had the most fun of the night. This place brings so much color and life into the night. I love it!
