by Tim B. on Came for drinks to celebrate friends running the Marathon. Great scene, good looking crowd, fantastic Bar service, healthy pours with NYC pricing. The bar was a little crowded but we didn't mind. There were some heavy hitters and big wall street $$ makers walking through for dinner during the hour or so we were there. If that's your thing than this is the place.
by Wendell Waldroup on I know everyone has been to Fado, but have you ever really decided to eat there? For a bar, the food is really good. The apps such as Guinness and Harp are fantastic and are great starters. Seriously, the food is good and the prices are great. We had the corned beef rolls, and the sliders. Both were devoured quickly...another round of beers, please. Corned Beef and Cabbage and the Asian Chicken Salad followed, that was so fresh. Finally, the waitress, was so nice and exceeded out expectations, that we told the manager, she was fantastic. I think its just as important to tell management about good employees. My only beef about Fado, is the $5, charge for valet. Minus 1 star! Cheers!
