When you need something quick and want a taste of a Southern icon, make sure you stop in. I had a slaw dog and a chili dog along with a Frozen O. I'm not a big fan of dreamsicles, but it definitely hit the spot! The slaw was finely cut so you can down the hot dog pretty smoothly. The chili dog with a little bit of mustard was a good complement to the coolness of the slaw dog. Afterward, a colleague asked if I had gotten the onion rings. I guess I'll have to go back!

My favorite views from Atlanta are based on the roofs of their two locations. That alone is worthy of 4 stars in my book. But they do follow through with an impressive menu. I think I've ordered nearly everything on it once. Leaving hungry is impossible because they have very generous portions. To Note: Do one of their oyster shooters. Even if that doesn't sound good to you, it is a must. These guys do it right. Highly recommend the roof patios or bust.

My first show in SF was at Bimbos this week. Add to a GREAT show (Stars), I was impressed by the venue. I think it was the size. I love small venues with great sound (and I mean great sound!!) and a chill vibe...and great decor. There's something sexy about velvet and sculptures. After a few drinks and great music, everyone even looked sexy! Now that's my kind of place!
