Wow! This place is great! The first time we drove by, we thought the place was closed and didn't try to stop in, but I was determined and we went back again (duh - tried the door this time!), luckily they were opened. Don't let the outside fool you. Now I have never had Indonesian food before and I have never been to Indonesia, so I have nothing to compare this to, but judging by the atmosphere, I would guess this place is pretty authentic. Great for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike, and you get a ton of food. It is inexpensive, and although a little greasy, it doesn't leave you feeling sick (and I don't often have the strongest of stomachs). I like that you get to support a really small, local business too. So glad I tried Hardena/Waroeng, and I will probably go back again at some point!

I didn't get a scorpion bowl because I refuse to pay $16 for a big tub of ice. That being said, I did like the other drinks I ordered and they were a good price. Pluses include no cover, and a huge dance floor. Negatives: weird guys (and girls) and a DJ that would only play reggae ton or some other garbage. Top 40 anyone? Not last night. It was cool for a while but eventually we left to go to Om for some better tunes.
