by oriana c. on Where do I begin? Came here for my girl's bday - we ordered our food, and waited for more than an hr for the food to arrive. Reason? A chef called in sick! (Good thing I was drinking this whole time, or the B side of me would have came out) The manager came out and said we could get a disc. on our bill or a drink all around... of course, most people chose drinks. Our food finally came, we ordered the (shared) portion for each dish, and trust me, the Shard portion ain't that much more then the (single) portion. We had the crab noodles (the noodles is a bit stiff), the Margarita pizza (good), and the short rib (ok)....anyway, by the time we were almost done with our dinner, it was near 11pm, so the workers tried to rush us out of the table so they can get the night started...HOLD UP, we came here for my friend's bday, and you guys had our cake, bring it out so we can cut and sing to her! oh no, because it was close to 11pm, they had no time for this (cuz u know, it is our fault that we didn't get to eat till after 10pm). Since we couldn't eat the cake we brought in, the restaurant offered us a small discount on our food. Fine. I guess it could have been a lot worse...the table next to us (a group of 10 or 12 girls) was seated before us, and they didn't get their food until we started eating, and when we were getting ready to leave, I saw the people rushing these girls out...one of the girls was still eating! let her enjoy her over-priced food before stacking all the chairs up! SO RUDE.... I was no longer buzz at the time (i don't think I ever was, even with the 5 or 6 drinks I had). The exp. i had was a 1 star for sure, but the fact the manager tried to make things right, deserves another star.
by Ethyl Waymer on Like any other high end club, the line is crazy and the place is full of Europeans. Once you get in though the dance floor is packed and with three seperate rooms there is different music that is played in each room. The crowd is mixed and diverse. Good place to go if you can get in that is.
