by Marianna Yuro on Being that I roll with a crew like none other, with a variety of people. We usually end up here, as the MAJORITY of the crew is gay/lesbian. I am not lesbian, but I love coming to these bars. They're fun, and you're almost guaranteed the bartender will comment on SOMETHING about you and make you feel pretty in exchange for comments on them as well. ;) So sweet. I love how this place is big! There's two bars inside, and one outside on the patio. YES, this place does get packed during the weekends. The only thing that worry's me about this place...are those pesky little steps. There's steps to each room and provided that most people are drinking here...I've seen a lot of people fall on these. Other than that, they have very decent priced drinks and you can't help BUT take advantage of their Sunday Funday specials. Can't go wrong with a $1 Mimosa!
by Ariane Belletto on - 1 star for not letting us sit down at any of the number of empty tables without purchasing something at $25 a head - 1 star for the coat check. they charge per piece, so because i tend to layer on cold winter days, i was screwed. 2 cardigans and 1 coat= i'm just gonna hold on to my shit myself, asshole. - 1 star for really old, unattractive, and agressive men sidling up to me and my girlfriends. = 2 stars simply for the free salsa lesson and because i got in for free (arrived prior to 7 pm). if i had had to pay cover, i would have given s.o.b's 1 star only...and that would be generous.
