This place is known for the crispy taco shell inside a soft taco with the option of extra guacamole and cheese a la Nick's style. Plus, the burritos come with the option of tortillas in tomato, spinach and original. Some noteworthy sides include the corn on cob with a chili powder and cheese as well as the freshly squeezed juices that come in a variety of flavors, such as watermelon, strawberry, honey dew, mango and horchata. Parking on the street is tough. Be prepared for lines at the counter to order especially on Taco Tuesday deal nights for dining in. The service is fast and friendly, but mainly self-serve.
by Louise Lackey on I love Middlesex Lounge because of the variety it provides and the awesome staff that is there to compliment that variety. There are so many different things going on depending on the day of the week. When you go to Hearthrob every other Tuesday it is crazy energy, balls to the wall dancing. When you go to Make it New on Thursdays it's the more conservative/minimal version of the Hearthrob crowd and music, but still a lot of fun. 90s night is amazing. Fridays and Saturdays tend to be more radio hits than anything, but it's a good default when you need a neutral environment because the people you're hanging out with are all into different scenes. The bathroom line sucks but they have three bathrooms so that's probably more of an error on the part of the patrons taking forever.

The DJ was ridiculously terrible, although we couldn't help but giggle at him flicking his head back and forth, causing his dreadlocks to dance around his sweaty face.....not hot. The scene included the usual out of towners, Euro trash, wannabe fashionistas, and me + friends (I'm not part of the usual category). RS gets 2 stars only because they threw a fun Halloween party last year where I wore my Russian mail-order bride costume as tribute to the women that frequent the club.
